Frequently Asked Questions

  • First, we establish the needs and expectations of the customer. Then we explain what services we offer and give the homeowner enough information to make an informed decision. NO high pressure.

Learn, inform, and if you allow us to do the work, schedule.

Check our Pre-Project Checklist for more information.

  • Several factors go into determining the cost of your new roof.

They include the quality and professionalism of your roofing contractor; the brand type and grade of roofing system you select, and the size of your roof and slope of your roofline are just a few factors to consider

We suggest not choosing a roofing contractor on cost alone. Price is a factor, but not the only factor you should consider. Quality roofing material and contractor workmanship have value. Hiring the cheapest roofing contractor could cost more in the long run when you have to repair sub-par roofing and the damage it causes.

Cheap roofing estimates mean that someone is cutting corners.

    Are they insured?
    Do they have proper licensing?
    Are they using cheap material?

Be sure to ask these important questions.

  • Work with someone that has the heart of a teacher.

    Someone that you can trust.

Work with a smaller company that you’ll be happy to call when you have questions.

To us, you’re not a number or statistic on someone’s website.

  • Of course, there are variables that affect all roofing projects, like that crazy Nebraska weather, if there is a second layer to remove and more

But typically, we are completely finished with your new roof– from removing the old roof to cleaning up and final inspection in a day or two.
