Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing team in Lincoln, NE.

This is a hands-on field leadership position supporting commercial, new construction, and residential remodel projects. We're looking for someone with strong exterior construction experience, with siding knowledge being especially important. Roofing experience is also preferred.

Our Site Superintendent will take ownership of their jobsites — understanding the plans and scope, leading crews, coordinating with GCs and our team, maintaining quality standards, and finding solutions when challenges come up.

We're a small, close-knit team, and we all help each other out. We're looking for someone with that same mindset who takes ownership of their role while being willing to step in and support the team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active jobsites and day-to-day field operations.

• Lead subcontractor crews and hold them accountable to project and quality expectations.

• Coordinate with General Contractors, Project Managers, homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and our internal team.

• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, details, and scopes of work.

• Inspect exterior work for proper installation and compliance with plans, building codes, manufacturer requirements, and HomeShield standards.

• Identify items that need attention, offer practical solutions, communicate direction to crews, and follow through.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, jobsite conditions, and material needs.

• Coordinate material deliveries and staging, including picking up or delivering materials when needed.

• Troubleshoot field conditions, plan discrepancies, and installation questions.

• Perform quality control inspections and maintain necessary project photos and documentation.

• Safely operate a company vehicle and pull/back trailers.

Qualifications

• Exterior construction experience required, with strong siding knowledge and experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of proper siding installation, including WRB, flashing, trim details, penetrations, clearances, and water management.

• Ability to read and understand full sets of construction plans and details.

• Working knowledge of applicable building codes, construction methods, and manufacturer installation requirements.

• Experience leading and providing direction to subcontractor crews.

• Roofing knowledge and experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities independently.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must pass an MVR check.

• Comfortable setting and climbing ladders, working at varying heights, and handling construction materials.

• Ability to safely pull and back a trailer.

• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a plus.

You don't necessarily need to have held the title of Site Superintendent before. An experienced siding foreman, crew lead, installer, or exterior construction professional with strong field knowledge and leadership skills could be a great fit.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exterior products and installation techniques, estimating and project management, with a focus on cost control, negotiation, and high quality installation of exterior products

Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction estimating process from project inception to completion
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely completion of projects
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies for cost control
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry

Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction site operations and best practices
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms
- Background in construction management is a plus

Looking for skilled siding installers to add to our siding team!

Requirements:

-Experience installing James Hardie, LP SmartSide & vinyl

-Ability to bend metal (window/door wraps, flashing, etc)

-Have a valid driver’s license

-Must have insurance

We are looking to add a repair technician to our team! This would be a great fit for someone looking to set their own schedule & likes to work alone. The HomeShield Repair Technician would coordinate and perform simple to moderately difficult roofing & siding jobs/repairs.

•Must have experience in most roofing applications and flashing

•Must have experience in vinyl siding installation

•Must be good with customers and customer service

•Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and crews

•Attention to detail, specifically, in providing job specifications to customers

•Must have valid drivers license (Required)

•Ability to bend metal is a bonus!

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for a wide array of tasks including: developing new customers, site inspections, customer service and problem solving. This position will present a comprehensive review of the project plans and specifications to the team as applicable. Must be extremely motivated, driven, people friendly, and have a high focus on detail.
