Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Lincoln, NE!

This position would help oversee our remodel & new construction projects. The Site Supervisor would ideally have a strong background in exterior construction, with expertise in roofing, gutters, siding, and decks.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor management.

• Interpret construction blue print specifications to ensure project specifications are implemented correctly

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and project specifications.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration.

• Maintain accurate records of project photos, documents, expenses, labor hours, and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, with a focus on exterior renovations (roofing, gutters, siding, paint) preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations for Lincoln, Omaha and surrounding jurisdictions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring the construction team to achieve project goals.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass an MVR Check.

• Able to set and climb ladders, work on varying heights of roofs, and lift 100 pounds.

• Bi-lingual is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exterior products and installation techniques, estimating and project management, with a focus on cost control, negotiation, and high quality installation of exterior products

Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction estimating process from project inception to completion
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely completion of projects
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies for cost control
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry

Skills

Looking for skilled siding installers to add to our siding team!

Requirements:

-Experience installing James Hardie, LP SmartSide & vinyl

-Ability to bend metal (window/door wraps, flashing, etc)

-Have a valid driver’s license

-Must have insurance

We are looking to add a repair technician to our team! This would be a great fit for someone looking to set their own schedule & likes to work alone. The HomeShield Repair Technician would coordinate and perform simple to moderately difficult roofing & siding jobs/repairs.

•Must have experience in most roofing applications and flashing

•Must have experience in vinyl siding installation

•Must be good with customers and customer service

•Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and crews

•Attention to detail, specifically, in providing job specifications to customers

•Must have valid drivers license (Required)

•Ability to bend metal is a bonus!

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for a wide array of tasks including: developing new customers, site inspections, customer service and problem solving. This position will present a comprehensive review of the project plans and specifications to the team as applicable. Must be extremely motivated, driven, people friendly, and have a high focus on detail.
